Maybe this is just the time for syndicate to be replaced by something
else... Nettime is subsectioned for regional/language lists, maybe
syndicate could be subsectioned to subjects(of annoncments, essays, pathethic 
egotripin'promo).A subsectioned versione will at least let people have
some choice.

with all the people working with technology hardly any get a feal of what
does really modular, open & OO design means.
